Robert “Casey” Reynolds is the owner of Pittsburgh’s Best Remodeling, a full-service design/build home remodeling company in Pittsburgh serving hundreds of Pittsburgh residents with expertise in Kitchen Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Basement Remodeling and Deck Construction, has been in the home improvement industry for over 40 years. Voted Best Remodeler 4 years in a row, Casey earned a dual degree in Business and Management from Duquesne University. He and his wife, Lynn, have been married over 40 years. He enjoys reading biographies, playing ball with his beloved Golden Retriever, and is very active in his church where he has attended for over 42 years.

Lynn has worked over 36 years in the residential home service industry in customer relations and marketing. She graduated from Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing. Lynn and Casey have been married for over 33 years. On her off time, she enjoys writing books and spending time with Casey and her beloved golden retriever Rocky and their 4 rescue cats.

Sue has over 40 years of management experience. She was a District Manager and Trainer of 20 Burger King’s with hundreds of employees for over 20 years. She received several awards including Manager of the Year and Top Restaurant Performer.

When not working, she volunteers at her church as a Sunday school teacher and grief counselor. She also enjoys spending time with her family especially her beloved grandson Max.

Bethanne has been in customer relations and management for over 19 years. She started in the service industry where she learned customer service skills and attention to detail. On her off time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband swimming and camping.

Missy has over 20 years of experience assisting clients with design layouts for Kitchens, Bathrooms and Basements as well as selecting products. Her greatest skill is listening to her clients needs. She loves to solve problems for them by creating comfortable, functional and beautiful spaces.
Missy graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an Interior Design degree. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart husband and daughter, cooking and entertaining for her family and friends.

Grace has over 25 years of experience in customer relations. Prior to Pittsburgh’s Best Remodeling she worked in the banking industry as a teller, quickly moved up to a Management position, and found her passion in the Customer Relations field. All of this has helped her to assist Casey to solve client problems. When Grace is not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband, volunteering at her church, and spending time with her three grandchildren.
